I am fully aware that seeking support in mediation or coaching or changing a team’s or an organisation’s culture takes insight into the need and courage to act on that need. The way I work is to build on both by offering approaches and skills that can partner well with the knowledge that you bring about a particular situation or organisation and about which I could never hope to understand as fully as you do.
