How do you charge?

I discuss and agree with you the fees for the work you require during our initial conversation.

Can I stop work with you before the end of our contract?

For coaching and behavioural change work, we will agree how many sessions are needed before then signing a contract. If there is a particular reason for, unusually, you wanting to stop work prior to contract completion, I am always happy to discuss an earlier finish without penalty to you. This does not apply for mediation.
